In GAP stores, the denim section faced challenges in helping customers experience products and choose the right model. Simply seeing items on shelves or having limited information made it harder for customers to decide, leading to missed sales opportunities.

Solution

While all in-store screens are managed via Octopus CMS, Lift&Learn technology was implemented in the denim section. When customers pick up a product, sensors detect it and instantly display details on nearby screens, including different colors and styles. Customers can also compare two models side by side, allowing for more informed purchase decisions.
